The battery level LED is lit normally, but the system is not charging/discharging.
A:Check the inverter settings:
1. Ensure that GREEN battery is correctly selected in the inverter's battery list.
2. Observe the inverter's display screen for State of Charge (SOC) indication.
Verify the CAN communication cable is connected properly between the E10 battery and the inverter.
3. If the issue persists, turn off the inverter, solar switches (if applicable), and the battery circuit breaker. Ensure there is no voltage at the battery connection point. Disconnect all wiring and reconnect following the installation manual in SECTION 3.5. Restart the battery then restart the inverter. If the problem persists, contact customer service for further assistance.
